January 15 saw the KO Series continue its march towards a thrilling finale with six more champions crowned and a trio of massive events completing their first starting flights.
One player, in particular, stood out from the from the crowd if only because of their chose of alias. “Bounty” took down a $40,000 guaranteed 6-Max Turbo event, their alias being almost perfect for the choice of tournament they entered!
KO Series 6-Max Turbo: $40K Gtd Final Table Results
Bounty was one of 214 entrants in the $215 KO Series 6-Max Turbo tournament. Those entrants ensured the $40,000 guarantee was first met then surpassed by $2,800. Half that pot went onto the heads of each entrant with the remaining 50% being shared among the top 35 finishers.
One of our own managed to wade through the talented crowd of grinders and bag a seat at the final table. Unfortunately for Hristivoje “All_In_PAV” Pavlovic, our hero could only manage a sixth-place finish worth a combined $1,558.
“ITSBAKINGDAVE” and “memo88” were the next casualties, the latter walking away with more than $3,200 to show for their efforts.
Heads-up was set when “wp-14” ran out of steam in third-place. This saw a $3,508 prize wing its way to the their partypoker account.
Bounty and “ender749” locked horns and butted heads one-on-one for the title of champion and what was now a juicy final bounty payment. Bounty got the job done and collected the $3,354 top prize plus an additional bounty payment of $4,817 for a combined score worth $8,171. Our runner-up scooped $4,641.
KO Series 6-Max: $50K Gtd Final Table Results
“Teemo” joined the list of KO Series winners when they triumphed in the $109 KO Series 6-Max event, a tournament that dished out $55,900. Outlasting 558 opponents is never an easy task, especially when you have a monetary target strapped to your back.
Our champion didn’t crumble under the pressure, however, and emerged a worthy victor.
Teemo banked a combined $6,939 for their $109 investment thanks, in part, to busting nine opponents before claiming the bounty on their own head. One of those busted opponents was runner-up “xelezin” who crashed out in second-place for a combined prize that weighed in at $5,308.

KO Series Mini 6-Max Turbo: $20K Gtd Final Table Results
The $22 KO Series Mini 6-Max Turbo may have commanded a buy-in at the more affordable end of the scale but it still produced some chunky prizes for those six stars who reached its final table.
The top three finishers each saw their partypoker bankrolls swell by a four-figure sum. “unitfamily” was the third-place finisher, a result worth $1,055. Their elimination left only “Mollieken” and the obvious Friends fan “PhoebeBluffay” in the hunt for the title and the largest haul of the tournament.
PhoebeBluffay emerged from the one-on-one clash victoriously and with $2,902 in prize money. Mollieken had to console themselves with a $1,739 haul and a bridesmaid finish.
